Gentleman arrested in Henderson shopping centre taking pictures

A person has been arrested in a Friday morning taking pictures at a Henderson buying middle, police claimed.

Nathaniel Robert Garcia, 36, has been charged with attempted murder and possession of a firearm by a prohibited man or woman in the shooting of Roy Jimenez at 1419 W. Sunset Street, in the vicinity of North Stephanie Street.

A Henderson police arrest report for Garcia said police uncovered Jimenez bleeding profusely in the bed of an O’Reilly Automobile Elements truck parked in the purchasing heart.

Jimenez was shot nine occasions, law enforcement reported. He was hospitalized in crucial problem at Dawn Healthcare facility and Professional medical Center. His age and hometown have been not unveiled.
