Hackensack-Meridian Overall health is leasing 45,600 at Monmouth Plaza Procuring Center in Eatontown for the reason of developing an outpatient treatment facility.

The new facility – which will contain an urgent treatment heart – is expected to open up in the 2nd quarter of 2022.

Hackensack Meridian’s place is getting established by a combination of the 80,592-sq.-foot center’s former Japanese Mountain Athletics and DSW areas, alongside with a portion of the former Toys ‘R’ Us shop. DSW is relocating from the house to Consumer Square on Route 36 in West Extensive Branch.

R.J. Brunelli represented house operator Monmouth Plaza Enterprises, LLC on the transaction, with Chairman and Principal Richard Brunelli finding the listing and President and Principal Danielle Brunelli procuring the tenant. Hackensack Meridian was represented by Jeffrey Babikian of CBRE.

“This lease is emblematic of the health care industry’s adaptive re-use of large-box retail properties at perfectly-situated sites,” Danielle Brunelli stated. “We had been happy to get the job done with the landlord and tenant to assemble this major space alongside this very-trafficked retail corridor.”
