The Best Fashion from the 2021 Cannes Film Festival
the cannes film festival is back and so is the showstopping fashion

The Cannes film festival is back after being canceled in 2020 for the first time since World War II broke out. Famous for its films, its beauty, and its glamorous red carpet, Cannes is always a destination for the best cinema and fashion the world has to offer. And this year, the red carpet did not disappoint.

What to wear after a year at home? Stars got creative with custom looks, vintage, and sneakers on the red carpet (well, only the festival’s Jury President, Spike Lee, could get away with the latter). Jodie Foster wore a cream embellished custom Givenchy gown by Matthew M. Williams, Bella Hadid looked stunning in Jean Paul Gaultier Couture from 2002, and Carla Bruni wowed the carpet in Celine by Hedi Slimane. Here are our favorites from the Cannes 2021 Film Festival’s red carpet.
