COLD CASE SOLVED — Detectives in Newport Beach, Calif., were able to use DNA technology to solve a 40-year-old cold case which led them to a killer buried in a Wise County cemetery. Police announced this week that Kenneth Elwin Marks, who died in 1999 and is buried near Bridgeport, is the person responsible for the 1980 murder of 42-year-old Judy Nesbitt.
